Where we work
Old Town seafront to Westgate-on-Sea.
CT9, from Margate's Old Town harbour through Cliftonville and Westbrook to Westgate-on-Sea and Garlinge.
Old Town & seafront
Cecil Square, Hawley Square, Union Crescent, Addington Square. Georgian squares and terraces where rear-slope mounting is usually the cleanest planning route, subject to the buildings' listed status.
Cliftonville
Clifftop conservation area. Grand Victorian villas and mansion blocks, many converted to flats, with more usable roof area than the Old Town core.
Westbrook
Later Victorian and Edwardian seafront housing between the Old Town and Westgate, generally fewer conservation-area restrictions.
Westgate-on-Sea
Later-built seafront housing, straightforward rooftop installs with good south-facing potential on many properties.
Garlinge
Inland of the seafront. Post-war and later housing stock, fewer planning constraints, straightforward installs.
